Player Sponsorship & Financial Assistance

At Club Palmyra, we believe every child should have the opportunity to play soccer, regardless of financial circumstances. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are committed to keeping our program accessible and ensuring that no player is turned away due to cost.


To support this mission, Club Palmyra offers financial assistance through our Player Sponsorship program.


Application Process

All financial assistance applications are submitted through the PlayMetrics registration platform.


To apply:

  1. Log into your PlayMetrics account
  2. Navigate to the Club Programs tab
  3. Select Financial Aid
  4. Click Request Financial Aid and complete the application


A separate application is required for each player. Families are also asked to include a brief explanation outlining their need for assistance.


Review Process

Applications are reviewed by the Club Palmyra Board of Directors. Each request is carefully considered to determine the level of support we are able to provide based on available resources.


Our goal is to work with families to ensure players have the opportunity to participate and be part of the Club Palmyra community.

Application Deadlines


Competitive Teams (U9–U16)

  • Applications must be submitted by June 30


Fall Season (Recreation / Developmental Programs)

  • Applications due by August 1
  • Notifications sent by the end of August


Spring Season (Recreation / Developmental Programs)

  • Applications due by February 1
  • Notifications sent by the end of February
